Rachel Billups is one of the most unassuming, kind, and hardworking individuals you could ever meet. ZOIQ had the privilege of being introduced to her during a pilot project with TMF. During the kickoff, she raised her hand and took ownership saying, "I'll own the project", and effortlessly made everything run smoothly. We feel truly fortunate to have crossed paths and are deeply grateful for her leadership and dedication, which played a key role in the success of the pilot project.

TMF - Pilot Project

Challenge:

What is your calling in life? For a cohort of women across America, they know they are supposed to be entrepreneurs. As the church evolves and learns how community is being redefined, the Texas Methodist Foundation (TMF) is pulling women together who have similar callings to help them put into clearer focus how to achieve their life's mission. ZOIQ is helping measure and grow their impact by providing analytics that give leaders insights into their participant's strengths and opportunities on their pilot program called Women With Entrepreneurial Spirit.

Solution:

ZOIQ brought our expertise in UX integrations and data gathering to create bespoke reporting for the TMF leadership team as a solution. We also provided journalling solutions that allowed participants to reflect on their work via text, voice, and video. We were then later able to use AI to turn their reflections into text and then analyze the data to provide sentiment and synergy analysis.

Execution:

Our team worked with their leaders in designing, creating and monitoring participant engagement. We also synthesized the data to provide insights into a scalable survey they could use across their organization.

Outcome:

The pilot allowed us to work with TMF to understand the data and how it could be used to measure and grow their impact.
