How does the Knowledge Manager Marketplace work?
Many clients have 3rd parties who want access to their knowledge manager so we built a pay-wall and backend architecture where you can manage your account as a 3rd party service as well and have people pay for access to your knowledge base. This is a great way to monetize your knowledge and expertise.
Can invited participants and public guests use ORGANIQ?
For feedback surveys we have the ability to invite both invited participants and public guests to participate in your data gathering initiatives. We offer data standardization, sentiment analysis and ZOIQ reporting as services as well.
What is the difference between reflective and feedback surveys?
A reflective survey is focused on invited participants to reflect on their experiences, provide feedback in a more unstructured way and we do the work to structure the information back to you in a meaningful way. A feedback survey is more standard surveys with defined response types, shorter answers and is more structured in nature and easier to perform analytics over the data.
